ADA & Accessibility Supplement
Last updated August 13, 2026
1. Purpose
This Supplement is part of the Chi Life Wellness Association Membership Agreement and describes how the Association and Chi Life Wellness approach accessibility and disability accommodation for members and applicants.
2. Private membership programs
The Association is a private membership association and its programs are member benefits rather than offerings to the general public. The Association nonetheless intends its programs to be usable by members with disabilities, and this Supplement states that commitment.
3. Accommodation requests
If a disability affects your ability to enroll in or participate in a program, contact the practice through the contact details published on this site. Tell us what barrier you are running into and, if you know it, the accommodation that would help. We will respond within a reasonable time, engage with you directly, and provide reasonable accommodations that do not fundamentally alter the program.
4. Digital accessibility
The member portal is operated with the goal of conforming to recognized digital-accessibility guidance (WCAG 2.1 AA). If any part of the portal or program materials is difficult to use with assistive technology, report it through the contact details published on this site — accessibility reports are treated as priority issues.
5. No retaliation
Requesting an accommodation or raising an accessibility concern never affects your standing in a program or your membership.
6. Relationship to the Membership Agreement
This Supplement is incorporated into the Membership Agreement and is accepted together with it. If this Supplement conflicts with the Membership Agreement on an accessibility matter, this Supplement controls.
