1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website and the Chi Life Wellness client portal. You accept them by checking the "I agree" box when you create your account; if you received your account another way, your first sign-in and continued use of the portal is your acceptance. The Privacy Policy and the End User License Agreement linked in the footer are part of the agreement between us. Client services are provided through membership in the Chi Life Wellness Association: by enrolling as a client you also apply for membership and accept the Membership Agreement and its ADA & Accessibility Supplement, each linked in the footer and accepted by their own checkbox. If we make material changes, we will ask you to review and accept the updated terms the next time you sign in.

2. Our services

We provide a coach-guided wellness program. Program materials and portal content are general guidance, not medical advice for every situation — talk to your own physician before starting any weight-loss program.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials private and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

4. Payments

Fees for programs, sessions, and products are shown before you buy and billed as described at checkout. Contact us about billing questions or errors — we would rather fix them than argue about them.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the portal: no attempts to access other clients' information, no scraping, no unlawful content.

6. Intellectual property

Program materials we share with you are for your personal use during the program and remain ours or our licensors'. Your own records remain yours.

7. Termination

You may stop using the portal at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Ending the relationship does not erase the record-keeping obligations we carry as a healthcare practice.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The portal is provided "as is." Individual results vary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the use of this website is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
